This really is a great deal! I bought both the seasonals and the cores last year on A-D. This year I will not be buying this TSV at all. Thanks to last year's Dec TSV, I was able to try a lot of new formulas. Now I pretty much know which formulas I like and which ones work for me. I checked the lineups and unfortunately each set has too many formulas included that I don't like, so it wouldn't be cost effective for me. Plus I'd have to figure out how to get rid of all the extras.

So, this one is not for me. But it is a great deal and I'm happy for all of you that are excited to take advantage of it. Between the Sept TSV and the FTP OTOs, my stash is overflowing with great deals on my favorite formulas.

@aprimo I agree with you and definitely won't be purchasing either the core or seasonal Dec tsv. I may decide to order the BGT and MIF tsv but I will wait until the actual tsv date to decide. Since I won't gift any Wen this year and I also am not a seller of Wen, (I would imagine that some who purchase on QVC may be Amazon or ebay sellers), I would end up with too many bottles of Wen that I won't use. I already have an adequate stash of Wen to use for the next few months and may purchase an upcoming OTO if it is something that I need. I do plan on purchasing the WWC and WCM seasonals to add to my current stash.

My first reaction was to skip the December TSV, because I had a Nov. 30 release date on a gallon of SOB (my 2nd favorite after SHP), but I decided to work the mathematics. I seem to think that the gallons are the best value, LOL. (too much shopping at Sam's and Costco I suppose)

Here is what I calculated:

One gallon (128 oz.) to be shipped for free this time worked out to be $188.00 + tax. My tax rate was $10.93, so the grand total for a gallon (seasonal) was $198.93. This works out to $1.55/per oz.

The December TSV (any variety including seasonals) is $79.90+ $3.00 s/h + $4.75 tax for a grand total of $87.65. This works out to be $1.10/per ounce.

So, to compare/contrast: the December TSV is gifting us a bonus of two 16 oz. bottles (over the gallon cost) free if you get both auto deliveries. I love three of the formulas and the other two are okay for my hair, but I may also gift them.

Now I am trying to decide on whether I want the rice-based set or the seasonal. I have never tried the MIF, but the BGT is great for my curly hair.

My mouth fell open when I saw it was a set 5 of or the rice formula CCs. I was like well hello! I don't need the classics and the seasonals selections in this set aren't for me. But this is still an awesome deal! I may order the rice forimula set tomorrow and should be set for a good while on Wen stuff. Famous last words LOL!!!

@bruingirl I've been reading the reviews for MIF and do think it will work well too.

I just ordered the MIF volumizing treatment set on Sunday. If I like the scent, then I will order the MIF TSV, if not I'll go with the seasonals again this year.

I checked out the blue sky site. The rice formula set is calling my name! At first I was thinking that an unscented wasnt a good idea but now I'm thinking I can use it to wash my face? The packaging is beautiful. Very high end looking to me. Does this unscented appeal to anyone? Why? How are you going to use it? I love all the different scents.

Exactly. I edited my Nov. 30 gallon out to Jan. 20, but will most likely cancel. If I get two TSV's (seasonal and rice formulas) now, I will get the gift boxes too! It's always prudent to get the AD now, rather then regret it later, LOL.
