Not same as shown in presentation

I got the A 231275 sparkle cardigan from Quacker Factory. Oddly, my cardigan has the design on one sleeve and not on 2 sleeves as shown in the presentation. I can't figure out why mine would be different!

Did you get it in the turquoise, by any chance? I notice that both in the static image of the turquoise and in the video presentation, the turquoise only has the flower on one sleeve, not both. I have no idea why that would be the case, but it appears that way to me. In the video, they go through the colors three times and each time they show the turquoise, there's only one sleeve with a design.

I got it in the soft green which has the design on both sleeves! I can't figure this out.

I think I would contact customer service and exchange it for another and hope. And if that one didn't have a design either, I'd return it as defective. Seems like they have a quality control issue on that item.
