ANOTHER SUNDAY RESET

Sunday has rolled around,so that means start getting ready for week work.All work clothes washed folded and layed o

ut.

Next up,make a meatloaf for parents,but keep a couple of slices for sandwiches. Have yet to buy any hanging baskets for my patio,so I think I will shop for those today

I do the same. Ready to roll with outfits for the week.

I have my bedding in the wash now and like to start with clean sheets as well. I break the chores out so I don't spend my whole weekend working either. Need that downtime too.

For years, and to this day, I have always had a hard time falling asleep on Sunday nights. Years ago I had a much more stressful job, with kids living at home to deal with. Now kids are out of the house and my job is less stressful, yet Sunday nights is always a problem. Anyone else?

Sunday Night Syndrome is real. Although mine wasn't limited to nighttime. My anxiety started early in the day. I can't imagine the toll it takes on our bodies week after week.

@magicmoodz - If I remember correctly, mine started in my mid twenties, thought that was due to anxiety of what lies ahead in my work week but after Monday the rest of the week was fine, as previously mentioned I still to this day have trouble falling asleep on Sunday nights.

I needed the entire weekend.

Reorganized the bathroom and pantry, cut and dyed my hair, and the weekly cleaning is almost done. I will be off to food shop and prep later this afternoon.

@Bonkers1 I've wondered that, too, because there are some other foods that taste different now. Just a couple, but still.

Normally I don't use shortcuts with cooking but my adult son asked if I could make the Stove Top stuffing meatloaf as a buddy had made it.

It was pretty good! Very moist, think I may have added more chicken broth than they suggested.
