Probably puts a strain on my pacemaker 😄&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;*more pleasure reading, less screen time&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;*maintain my weight and add a fitness component&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;*continue to pay down credit debt by cooling the frivolous spending and Increasing the monthly payment amt&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been working really hard to get my bone density numbers up so that I can get off the bone density drugs. I'll find out mid-year, when I get my next Dexa scan done, if that will be possible. That's my goal for this year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can look that up online. Supplements including calcium, magnesium, potassium, boron, vit D, silica. I'm doing a lot of resistance type of exercises plus I'm walking on an incline treadmill for 30 minutes everyday. I wear a 8-pound weight belt while walking on the treadmill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the Fosamax isn't agreeing with you then talk to your doctor about &lt;EM&gt;Reclast&lt;/EM&gt;. That's the same type of drug but you get it by infusion once yearly. I had my first one last summer. I'm fine with it. I cannot take the pills.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My daughter gave me three books for xmas - "read them so I don't find you in a corner babbling." Aka keep your mind roving and alert 😆&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Exercise - well it's been my lifestyle for past 50 years, so no issues there. &amp;nbsp;I have increased my free weight to 15 pounds for certain upper body exercises, mainly kickbacks so I have a nice smooth muscle back there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not own one credit card. Hubs has two of his own and I have no self control, so I don't even want one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Treating myself one day a month to something would be a great accomplishment for me. Yikes! 😳 I might have to start at once a week and work my way up to once a month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Buy fewer clothes - I attempt this every year, and I fail miserably. I just don't need that many clothes, but I love to buy new things.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Complain less - I've been complaining about being sick most of 2025. My family and friends have been very supportive, and that includes putting up with my whining. Being sick so much this year has made me very cranky too.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Working on my eating issues ... started this summer .. have&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;candy and diet soda under control ....doing well with that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;and lowered my A1C by 6 points ..then it was on to ice cream&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;and french frieis ... thats going well too ....&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
