Holiday gift ideas...

I thought I'd start a thread on this topic so folks can add their suggestions for others too...

My latest order for 2 gifts (and 1 for me) is a set of 3 Limitless compact chargers.

I decided not to hold off any longer on ordering them. I don't see the price going any lower (I consider the current sale price really good anyway), it is still with the FREE S&H and I wanted to make sure I got the 'neutrals' set before it sells out.

Make sure you test them upon arrival, @Susan Louise . A few years ago, QVC had a TSV Limitless power bank. I bought a bunch of them, one for each of our kids, their spouses, and our grandkids who have phones. DH checked them and a few didn't work, wouldn't charge. I was unable to get replacements so I had to send them all back.

I'm giving gift cards-certificates to their favorite grocery, deli or bakery....I've been doing this for several years & everyone enjoys it.

@kitcat51 We occassionally give gift cards, and they are usually for Barnes & Noble or Amazon.

I began a thread in the shoe forums about Dearfoam shoes/slippers. I bought a mini boot style - real suede with genuine shearling lining. They look like Uggs but are only $59.99 on Costco Next. Our son's family was here yesterday. I was wearing them. My DDIL tried them on, liked them. She's getting a pair for Christmas from us. They're available elsewhere; QVC, Amazon, etc. but I think Costco Next currently has the best prices on certain styles.

@Susan Louise My shopping is almost done. This year I purchased throws. The younger teens got the fluffy, furry throws. My hairdresser is getting a Home Refections throw as is my sisters in law. This year I found some really nice ones. In New England, it's a gift that's really cozy and warm.

@JeanLouiseFinch I was lucky enough to hit on the UGGs slippers or the Tasman style at nordie sale this summer. 59.00 bux. My grands in the last have bought the Amazon dupe, and they were as much, and pretty nice too

I ordered some rechargeable flashlights from Amazon. My husband gets so frustrated when he needs a flashlight and sure enough the batteries are dead.

@Susan Louise I may get these chargers with the new code GIFT. I bought a Limitless one a few years ago and it's my best charger. It was a bigger version but I haven't seen that type again.

I did buy a set lock and lock small squares yesterday, that I will fill with treats. They were 14.99 for 8. A small hand cream, some Lindt truffles and a few Enstrom toffees. I bought several BBW hand creams on a great sale recently. I cancelled my Enstrom Q order and got them $18 cheaper on Amazon. They used to be the same price at both Q and Amazon.

If you know someone who bakes bread, Sam's has a enamel on cast iron Tramontina Bread Oven for $40 or a little under. It comes in black, navy, white and cranberry/maroon at least where I live.

I baked bread in one yesterday and it came out great. It is like the Le Creuset one--very very similar. I know that brand has been around for some years too.

My family has moved away from gift giving on Christmas, we've been doing giving to various charities. We're tired of going out chasing gifts for each other. We do little gifts all the time during the year. Usually we do one gift at Christmas, a book or pjs. Except for my little great grandson...he'll get a couple things.😁

ideas for ladies: the America & Beyond beaded embellished zip pouches are beautiful. They were a big hit. Some styles have an initial. I kept two for myself, lol.

With my health issues and not able to stand up for a few minutes: best gifts have been gift cards for uber eats and door dash. I was given several gift cards for my birthday in July. I saved these cards for my cataract eye surgery for 11/4/25 and 11/18/25. These gift cards have been a big blessing for this week and next week.
