I only wish we lived this close sooner. My Mom was an amazing woman, a great cook. involved in community&nbsp;and school events. In mid October she will be gone 11 years. Then my eyes open and I realized it's not the late 1970s, but for that fleeting moment I'm home with my parents and the feeling is so comforting. It takes nothing away from my marriage and my husband but I'd give anything to have my mom and my brother back again and my dad to be the dad I grew up with.
