Happy Friday and welcome to all who enjoy sharing their thoughts here each week.

Back to school memories when now grown children are choosing notebooks, pens, backpacks, etc. Time goes by so quickly, but now I see my grandchildren going through the same process.

I'm staying busy painting again. My table is set up in front of one of the floor to ceiling windows. I joined a twice weekly yoga class which ends with meditation. It's so realxing and it's a mixed age group of women. The one at night is for the "still working" crowd. The Book Group meets once a month in the downstairs coffee bar.

I'm praying for those in fires, bad air quality and flooding. We have constant rain and late day storms. Thankfully no flooding near me, but some areas of NC close to me are experiencing roads that are buckling and blocked off to traffic.

@cindyNC Yes, thanks. My only issue is more people in the 50-60 age group and then the ones over 21 that group up in larger apts. I would have liked a few more old bucks like us.
