Hey, all you HEPcats and HEPdogs! We had discussed making the Healthy Eating thread a monthly jam session, so I just went ahead and did a little improvisation.

This is an invite to our crazy crib where you can come and break it down! I say we go 18 karat on this and really swing. If healthy eating’s not your bag, no problem. But if it is, I dig.

Now the roadrunner is on the back patio trying to get in the garage.

hello all

did a whole bunch of stuff today

did change of address at post office

pick up mail at old house

spent 4 hours at DMV getting new license with new address

returned wrong item to Lowes.

ok guys later.

Do you mean you don't know how to post a picture or that you're having trouble inserting them with the picture icon?

(You can't just copy and paste a photo. And if you're using your phone to post, you need to make sure you're in "full" mode, not "mobile".)

Went for a walk with neighbor friend...i saw a bunny on east side of my yard,birds a few squirrels and 2 kids, plus a garbage truck

but no kitties,road runners,or coyotes!

I have 2 new "Bigfoot" windchimes hanging in same tree stands

I found them on the Walmart website hmmmm what next will i add to hang on some tree branches??
