It's in the contract!&nbsp;<BR />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Last night I didn't have a sniffy or clogged nose from pollen or polluted air! The whole house air purifier must work and the air inside is better. The thermostat print is small but I'm learning it and where to set it. I don't need it set as warm because the vents were cleaned. I get more air!<BR />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; I've researched prices due to substitution on the air cleaner and when I asked if it was the same price as the one I signed for I was told it's a good cleaner. I can't find price because I don't know the model and it's a contractors price. I will keep asking until I have answers.<BR />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;After three days at home I need to get out for my sanity, but I'm busy here with cleaning and laundry.<BR />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Poor Snickers has only had a short triangle walk early and I've carried her out under the umbrella due to rain all day. I didn't ask for a contract just an oral estimate for air/heater replacement. I hope I'm not sorry about that either. Live and learn I guess. They have been reliable and honest in the 14 years I've lived here and we're a small rural community ,even though third largest town in state , so maybe it is not even something they're used to to doing. I do know they put me first in line for air conditioner replacement because of me being homebound on my scooter. My nieces just got done cleaning my whole house and I hate to see it filthy so soon. I also wished I would of asked about an air filter but I haven't developed any allergies. I did ask about my humidifier on my old furnace and they said they would make sure it was attached to new one.
