Paging Feline Groovy

@feline_groovy .... Just checking in to see if you are ok. I haven't been posting much but read a few threads a few days ago.

I just wanted to tell you, I am sorry you are going through a rough time. I hope you have some positive things ahead for you... and just know there are people here that really care about you.

You have always been a kind thoughtful poster. I am a little concerned. Please check in sometime and let us know how you are doing.

I also hope that Feline is ok. Her last post sounded like it was her last night before eviction. She sounded like she was at the end of her rope and needed a place to reach out for support. I would imagine she was very frightened, as any of us would be.

At the time when she needed help the most there were a few that had her thread shut down. Unfortunately, there are people who don’t view struggles or weakness kindly.

If Feline was evicted I’m not sure how the process works. She may have lost everything and not have any way to contact this board. I can’t imagine what she may be going through. She's a long-time, kind poster who has always been supportive of others. She has been in my prayers every day.

I thought it was ironic that one of the posters badgering her the most was the same poster who only a few weeks ago got caught up in her own thread being questioned. Funny how some of the posters giving FG the most trouble were the same ones telling others to leave their posting buddy alone.

I had no idea Feline Groovy has been going through such challenges and that in addition to that, some people were not lifting her up, but rather taking her down! This infuriates me to no end, as Feline Groovy and I have had some neat and lengthy conversations on the forum here.

Though new medications have been introduced into my life 3 months ago which make me barely functional, I'm barely making it through each post, for the fear that I'm making grammar or syntax errors. It is this that has kept me away from some of the forums where I may have read about Feline Groovey's issues, but failed to pick up on it.

Lots of prayers coming her way with hope that she will find a better place in life and less pain.

I couldn't respond back to Feline's threads, they were deleted before I could compose myself. It is a sad situation and hope both you and @feline groovy have some optimistic changes in the very near future.

I got wind of what happened after it was too late. I feel so badly for her. I wish more people would reach out to her via this thread. I hope so hard she'll come back, I really miss her and think she lives on the edge.

@Bestdressed, Thanks for this thoughtful thread. I posted on one thread -- I guess it was a couple of weeks ago -- in which many of us were offering links, sources, ideas, and support to sweet @feline groovy, but I wasn't aware of negativity which evidently occurred (based on a few comments here) with other threads. She's always been such a joy, and a bright, positive beam of sunshine on these forums. She's been in my prayers and thoughts since the original thread, and I'll bet she'll update us as soon as she can, or as soon as she feels comfortable doing so.

@dooBdoo , @Deb1010yetagain Thanks for the kinds words. I had read some of the difficulties @feline groovy was having. Without going into detail... some threads were deleted after they got heated. She even tried to post an apology that got deleted. It was heart wrenching to see someone going through such a difficult time. I hope we hear from @feline groovy soon.

That box over in the corner that says, "The mind is willing, but the body ian't," is where things are for me at present

It's difficult to get Feline Groovy, and whatever her situation is, out of my brain. Hope that we will hear from her in the near future.

@Bestdressed Yes, many of the threads were deleted, due to how very negative (and cruel) some of the comments were.

I hearted your original post when you first created this thread, but I've been reluctant to post any comments, out of fear that the more comments posted, the more attention it might draw from those who weren't supportive of her in the other threads. Sadly, I'm afraid she may have been evicted because she had until March 22 to find a solution. Her last post was in the very early hours of that day, too. It's been two weeks, and I've been thinking about her each day, and checking (hoping) to see if there's a post from her.
