Tonight I have a date,and very excited,but nervous like always.I am going with same person who I went out with a few weeks ago.I don't know about you all,but I like to make plans ahead of time.Unfortunatly,he is not.I probably would of bought a new outfit or something,but to late now.Oh well,I'm hoping to have a great time a yway!

I certainly wouldn't worry about fashion: men don't really care that much imho.

Personally, if he sees you at your worst and still sticks around, he's a keeper.

Relax on your date - it' how he treats you that counts!

I was always made a fuss about what to wear and still do. I like to look nice and feel confident as well.

I'm sure you have plenty of nice clothing, so just pick something that makes you feel pretty. It helps to know where you're going when selecting an outfit. Have a great time!

@Luvsmyfam A 2nd date sounds promising. May turn into a good relationship. I wouldn't mention yet about wanting notice. You may end up talking yourself out of the 3rd date if he is not a planner but a spur of the moment guy. When circumstances strike him to go out he may avoid asking you as he remembers you wanted notice.

I would wait until you see how things progress. It is hard finding a relationship as we age and you may be one of the lucky ones finding someone you can build a relationship with. Sounds like a hopeful beginning to a continuing relationship starting with the good sign of a 2nd date.

I'm sure you have plenty in your closet you wll look good wearing. Just have a good time!

A couple things came to mind from my dating days ...

Dating is getting to know someone to see if you'd like to be in a relatioship with them ... it's not much different than a casual interview.

and ... if you go out with someone and it turns out it just isn't a good match with them, those dates you went on were just "practice dates" for the next nice person you might want to know better.
