Well it's time for even this beach baby to admit...it's Fall y'all. I'm never ready to let go of summer, but finally today I did feel like changing my decor and embracing the change...because the season is actually here! I didn't see where anyone started a Welcome Autumn Quotes thread so here goes...

Well I guess if you call temps only around 100 Fall, then welcome. At least the mornings are in the 70's.

I think of the song Autumn Leaves, the Nat King Cole version. I may have sang that as a child in school, or learned it on the piano, can't remember for certain, but that always comes to mind. And, as usual, the 21st was all about the Earth, Wind and Fire song called September. Oh, yeah, also...I recently heard a host say that she is saying "it's Fall, Y'all too often and that her husband keeps telling her that. So now that that is in my head, now I am thinking and saying "it's fall y'all" too frequently.

@PhilaLady1 Definitely thought the same as I typed it....and I said it anyway. 🤷‍♀️ Oh, it's overdone, for sure...
