I don't find it creepy at all. @San Antonio Gal is a long time poster and, obviously, has certain posters on her radar. I certainly notice when particular posters don't post for a while and I can assure there is nothing creepy about me. LOL.

@San Antonio Gal I don't find it creepy to wonder about a poster at all.

Some posters leave a mark. It could be that they are considered as being witty, kind, smart, insightful, bold, sweet, funny, etc. It's human nature to inquire. Nothing wrong with that.

Its no ones business as far as im concerned re me so your comment does not bother me one bit. . This forumn does not allow for you to have any contact info outside of asking your friends on a message on the board. I feel for ya but i think its creepy nonetheless.

I have been on this board for a Loooong time ( over 12 years) and I have often wondered about many of my forum friends who no longer post on here. One of the ladies became friends with me beyond this board, Unfortunately, we never did get to meet in person because she passed away before we had a chance to do so.

I don't post much, but i sure enjoy reading what you sweet ladies have to say.

I have several offline friends from here and I do not share info unless given permission to do so. Some have passed away, some are tired of posting here, and others have just disappeared with no reason.

In the "old days" around here shout-out threads and threads looking for missing posters always turned into rude remarks, causing threads to be shut down. Those who didn't like certain posters just couldn't keep their "mouths" shut and let it be.

Now we have mods who pretty much step in when that happens.

I can understand how some would not like to be wondered about; we give out more personal info than we realize. It can be very easy to find a person in RL.

But I digress. I hope all who have not been around are doing ok-it's just human nature to wonder and it is a generous spirit to hope they are doing well.
