How do you order from the Q?

The other day I heard David say he is now saying ordering lines vs phone lines, e.g. there are 800 people on the phone lines with 1000 pieces in stock.

Got me wondering do you mostly order from the Q online (website or app) or by calling? I have only ordered online.

Daytime, on line. Night time, auto order on phone because I'm too lazy to get up and move to the computer. Those two ways are best if there is risk of a sell-out. Normally you can relax, the goal is to make you think you might lose out. When he says phone lines I think he means the live phone lines, the 1515 number, not the auto 1212 number.

I have evolved over the years, when I first started shopping with the Q I would call in and order via the automated system.

Over the last few years I have switched to ordering Online via my PC.

I only order on-line because I want my rebates from the Mr Rebates site. I automatically go thru MrRebates everytime I go to QVC in case I see something I want to order. Don't want to miss my rebates.

I sure wish I knew about Mr Rebates years ago when I was ordering so much more. I would be rich now!

Me, too. I can't believe anyone would just sit on hold waiting for a human when they can easily order online ... it's so much faster.
