      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had ordered an item the beginning of January that was on clearance. &amp;nbsp;I went on the site yesterday because I wanted to see if another color was still available in my size. &amp;nbsp;Well I discovered it was $10 cheaper now so I called their CS to see if they could adjust my order. &amp;nbsp;Wow, was I taken back, &amp;nbsp;the customer service rep couldn't have been nicer. It was so refreshing to actually have CS really go out of their way to make sure you're happy. &amp;nbsp;It really left an&amp;nbsp;impression on me, it been a long time since I really felt appreciated as a customer. &amp;nbsp;What a difference dealing with the Q. &amp;nbsp;Perhaps that's why I seem to be ordering more and more from HSN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Interesting. &amp;nbsp;I've had that same response from CS from the Q and Evine when it is early in the order process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently, I've had numerous issues with HSN apparently over-selling a product and then sending me an apology. &amp;nbsp;My favorite though was where what I ordered had supposedly shipped, but no tracking info was available and then the next day I received a notification that my return had been received and was being processed. &amp;nbsp;Of course the item was no longer available either. &amp;nbsp;They can apologize all they want and "understand" you're disappointed but it doesn't make me want to continue buying from them!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both QVC and HSN have 30-day price guarantees, or at least QVC did a few years ago.&amp;nbsp; When I buy something at HSN, I add it to my favorites file, which always has 100-250 items.&amp;nbsp; You get an alert when you sign into your account if any of your favorited items have gone on sale.&amp;nbsp; I've been getting tons of alerts from HSN lately, but I haven't bought any of the items.&amp;nbsp; HSN discounts deeply, and I've gotten a ton of really nice things at obscenely low prices.&amp;nbsp; I just went over there and put a bunch of sneakers into my favorites folder in anticipation of spring.&amp;nbsp; I just started a walking program and will need some nice sneakers when boots are no longer needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I bought a rug from QVC for my home office.&amp;nbsp; It was more than I wanted to spend, so when it arrived I went to the product to read the reviews in an attempt to decide whether to keep it.&amp;nbsp; When I saw that the price had been cut by $250 just in the days since I bought it, I called customer service and they said they have a 30-day price guarantee and refunded the money to me.&amp;nbsp; That's not a bad haul for a couple of minutes on the phone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I agree everyone has an off day. &amp;nbsp;Only thing is I've been having a bad run with the Q CS for quite som e time. &amp;nbsp;I rarely return anything, in the 20 year I probably can't count on one hand what's been returned. &amp;nbsp; I spent a ton of $$ here every month for years. Guess I'm a little tired of hearing CS say "oh we have to send an email to corporate when it's something they should be capable of clearing up. &amp;nbsp;They mess up and make you feel like it's your fault. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had this happen on numerous occasions with HSN. &amp;nbsp;They stand by it. &amp;nbsp;If you find it cheaper in 30 days from purchase, they give you credit. &amp;nbsp;It's been that way for years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not only is it refreshing, but it's fair and makes you feel like an appreciated customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't buy as much from them as I used to, but I also find that their customer service reps are very nice and go out of their way to help you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have always been happy with the return policies of both HSN and QVC. &amp;nbsp;Recently I ordered a car cane from HSN which was advertised as fitting all cars. &amp;nbsp;Comments were made on their site of the horrific cost of sending them back as they definitely don't fit all cars. &amp;nbsp;When I called their customer service they said they did offer a refund on wrongly advertised refund postage and agreed to send me a free mailing label. A few days later I received a letter from HSN telling me not to bother to return the item but just keep it and they would credit my account with the entire purchase. Perhaps because this was a vendor purchase?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incidentally the car cane I received from the Q cost more but was better made and thankfully fit my car!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
