Stop and think before you open your mouth and say something stupid or mean that you will regret!

I saw this on a show one time and thought it is really good. Don't make any quick decisions or judgments, or be quick to to anger when you are any of the below:

H - Hungry

A - Angry

L - Lonely

T - Tired
