Suddenly my All Temperature Cheer Detergent for laundry had disappeared or is triple the price. What do you use please?

I took a national brand to the beach last summer and the fragrance was very strong after washing.

@ECBG Hello, I messaged you (Beauty Forum) that our Bobbi Brown gel liner is back in stock..their site, Nordstrom and more colors on Bloomingdale's site.

Laundry detergent? I use ALL pods w/o scent. We get a big tub from Amazon.

I used Cheer for years then it slowly started disappearing from shelves. So I switched to Persil and really see no difference whatsoever. We were told in a college textile class that Tide was not a good choice because its hard on fibers including the thread that they're sewn with. I don't know if that's true today but I've always avoided it.

I use Kirkland from Costco. Never had a problem and it goes on sale often.

Thank you. Tide is said by MANY that it wears out clothes. I won't buy it.

Been using Nellie's laundry soda for years now. Got the auto refill when the 500 wash was 49.95 with free shipping. Last forever and washed as well, or better, than any of the major brands.

With 2 of us! We don't use a whole lot especially since my wife retired. But auto ship plan allows us to cancel until we need it. My sister and my wife's brother use it so we order more often.

@Rose429 I use the gel liner in the pot. I've used it for many years...maybe 20. Luckily I had many backups when the liner became out of stock. I use caviar (an almost, but softer black) to tightline. Using the fine liner brush (see Bobbi Brown's but other companies make the same brush), I make dots between my lashes and then holding the brush downward towards my lashes, I press the liner into the lashes from the top. Sometimes I also use it to line the upper waterline since it's waterproof.

Here's the trick since it dries out in the pot quickly. I use the brush to scoop out a tiny amount and put it on the back of my hand. Close the jar and work from my hand. If you keep leaving the jar open while you do both eyes each time, it will change texture and become too dry/hard to work with.

***Fun fact: Bobbi came up with the formula when she was out and forgot her liner. She used a brush and took product from her mascara. It worked so well, she was off to the chemist to create the gel in the pot.

@ECBG I've also read that fabric softener is hard on clothing and will effect the absorbency of towels.

I always have several brands on hand, as I alternate weekly. Right now I have Arm & Hammer, Era, Tide, Cheer, Purex, Members Mark from Sams, and Method.
