Thanks, @Imaoldhippie , to you and yours, and also to @AngelPuppy1 , @meallen616 , @BirkiLady , and to all our fellow posters, a very happy and peaceful Thanksgiving!

We woke up to a major water main brake in our neighborhood-- water down to a trickle, mud in toilets.

They are saying MIGHT be fixed by late afternoon or evening. Hubby out buying bottled water as we speak...

Wish me luck cooking what will probably be a "quirky" Thanksgiving meal....
