I'll be in and out most of the day, so wanted to begin this thread early.

Wishing Sunny a speedy return to this thread she started that gave us peace.

To all a safe and relaxing weekend. Hope if you're in a storm or flood area, you'll be OK. We seem to be having thunderstorms and rain every day.

* Please think about yourself and others' safety and wear your mask where prudent and get vaccinated. Not wanting to go through another year like 2020.......

Good Shabbos to all the lovely people who stop here and pause for good wishes every Friday.

Please stay safe as best you can. As others have written, please wear your mask, continue to keep some social distancing and try to avoid large crowds. Live your life but do it within certain parameters.

Yes, this is all grim and tedious, but aren't we all aching to return to some semblance of the "before time" as soon as we can? Only by having almost everyone cooperate can we control this public health crisis.

I finally started PT for my shoulder & limited driving so I get to go to work; yippee! Still have to wear this awful sling for another month.

Hi everyone,

Hope you all had a safe, DRY weekend. No rain from Henri for me. It's sunny and beautiful in CNY today. Our families in NY/NJ/CT/MA are affected. No flooding or damage, so far. Just a lot of rain. Everyone has power, I'm pleased to report.

This weekend, Mr. Donna and I went out to dinner for our anniversary. Our 36th was earlier this week. We went to a little hole in the wall, in the middle of cornfields (literally), about 45 minutes from our home. It was a Mexican place with DELICIOUS food! It came recommended and the recommendations were spot on! The margarita was outstanding! We'll be back!
