First warm 80 degree day.....

And the heat pump quits working😢 ! Murphy's law. Fortunate the repair peopke will be out tomorrow morning. Hopefully it can be repaired,...it is only 2 years old and still under warranty thankfully. Still have to pay for labor though💸💸💸💸💵💵💵.

I sure have appreciated the heat pump that we had installed two years ago. Right now the house upstairs is about 80 degrees ....usually about 70 when the heat pump works. I am use to living without cooling so back to using the old fan method!😄

I'm sorry...but I wish it was going to be 80 today. I live in Phoenix and it is supposed to be 106 today. UGH. Last year our air conditione died in the middle of the summer. We had to go to a hotel for 3 days waiting for it to be fixed. My husband, myself, 2 kids and 2 dogs. And we are sick and tired of this heat and trying to save enough moneyu to move out of this never ending heat.

yes it was a toasty day--was 86* in woodinville---live in a second floor apt now and it got hot especially after i cooked dinner--but DD and i bought room ACs and they will be here in a few days---were supposed to be here today--just in time for our upper 50's come this weekend

Here in the NC mountains, we are required to install a heat backup method. It gets too low in the winter for a heat pump.

Update...the repair man is here...have not heard from him as to what is going on with non working heat pump. House upstairs is about 80 degrees....fans are a lifesaver. Hope he can repair it.

Thankfully starting tomorrow the weather is cooling off back into the 60's for the rest of the week

The fellow said it was some electrical board THAT CONTROLS EVERYTHING that RARELY EVER GOES OUT. ( Just our luck!) He ordered it and hopes he can get it today and put it In either today or tomorrow. Today is good for me😄

UPDATE....part in...house is cool! 71 degrees instead of 80. Happy camper!

@SeaMaiden just got back from 3 weeks on Whidbey Island (Beautiful) visiting my sweet grandbabies. froze my patootie off every day, my son and DIL do not believe in heating their home. wore wool sweaters to bed. lol. 50 every day. they run around in T shirts, shorts and flip-flops

the last two days there the weather was gorgeous! flew home June 2nd! yea it was a bit toasty, but nice.

your climate is so dry! no humidity! my hair looked great! no frizz.
