It is a time of excitement and an enhanced enjoyment of life. Somehow summer never seems to last long enough. So, before it's over, come visit. Everyone is welcome!

Great new Summer thread, Puddles!

Thinking of you Dame on this first Father's Day with your Dad in heaven. We miss you!

My Grandpa was my father figure and with Grandma helped raise us three kids. He was everything about wonderful. We were lucky to have them in our lives.

Wishing everyone on the Cafe a happy and healthy Father's Day.

Hi Cafe Friends, Happy summer to all!!! It's feeling a lot like summer here in Florida and home has a heat warning as well as severe thunderstorm warnings. Typical Summer!!

I had to cut the above post short as breakfast was ready. Even on Father's Day, DS wanted to fix the breakfast. It was an English muffin, with bacon, egg, cheese on it and was excellent. I really could have eaten another one,

My brother told me that it'd finally stopped raining yesterday when I talked to him and now this morning it's storming at home and the temps are way up there with 95 expected tomorrow and heat index of 105. Ugh!!!
