I am looking for vitamins without iron as I am over 50 and past menopause. There are so many out in the marketplace I really don't know which ones would be the better ones. Any recommendations would be helpful. Thanks

Centrum Silver Chewables were the best ones I was able to find that did not contain iron when I was searching a few years back for vitamins that did not exceed the safe upper limits for ingredients.

There are a ton of different versions, but you definitely want the chewables version in the Silver line.

The orange ones are the bomb

What I like the most is that they are not hard, solid pills. They are in capsule form with very fine powder inside. Easy to digest; quickly goes into the system, and so far they have been good for my body.

@cuddlesmama I've been taking Andew Lessman's Procaps Labs supplements since 2007 and they are, hands down, the best supplements I have ever used.

By that, I mean that with any number of his supplements, my body can actually feel the difference that his supplements make to my quality of life.

You might want to have a look at the Supplements - which supplements do you take thread (which I started) that is in the Wellness forum.

Most multi vitamin supp. for over age 50 do not contain iron. I buy the Senior Formula from Walmart, Equate brand, says on bottle, equiv. to Centrum Silver for a lot less money.
