The company seems to have more complaints than positives.

I’ve ordered a leather bag and had no problems. It’s a good small crossbody bag with lots of pockets. They’re always 90% off.

@Daisy Sunflower........I got the cross body with multiple pockets on each side. I got a brown one over a year ago and used it all summer and on vacations. I ordered 2 more in blue and black. Guess you could say I really liked the bag. The first one was a little better than the last 2 in regards to some minor differences in lining and they seem a little smaller.
