Shabbat Shalom, Happy Easter & Happy Passover to All 3/30

Shabbat Shalom to all who observe the Sabbath, and a very happy end-of-March and holiday weekend to all who post here.

A lot going on this weekend. Wishing those who observe Shabbat Shalom and Happy Passover and Happy Easter!

It's so rewarding to be able to come together here at QVC's message board every Friday and share our holidays together, regardless of our beliefs. I'd like to thank all you beautiful people who join us on Fridays, regardless of how and where you pray. I'd also like to thank QVC for allowing us to be here.

To those of you in the midst of stormy weather, may it soon get back to normal! AND HURRY UP!

A BIG WELCOME TO THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE JOINING US TODAY, and welcome back to all our regular posters.

May all your loved ones be healthy, but if they are ill, may they soon be well.

To those who have lost loved ones, know that they will always be with you in your heart.

To those of you and your family with health issues, may everything turn out well. May your medical tests and those of your loved ones come back with happy results. May your medical treatments be successful and may you live a long and happy life.

Sending prayers of healing and strength to you and your loved ones.

Now, even more than ever, may our leaders dig deep to find the wisdom, maturity, courage, strength and sanity to make the right decisions for our security and well-being. G-d bless America!

Good thoughts and thanks to our military. May they come home safely and SOON. Bless all the servicemen that didn't make it home; and to those who are serving, thank you for being there to protect our safety.

Special prayers for all the children...may they be happy, have good health, enough to eat and drink, a warm bed, and the abiding love of parents and family who will protect them. May the children survive and thrive. No child should ever go to bed hungry, nor should anyone else in our beautiful, bountiful country. Help the food banks if you can. Even a little helps. May our own children and grandchildren be healthy and happy, and shed no tears of pain or sadness. And, MAY THEY BE SAFE IN THEIR SCHOOLS!

May your parents be healthy and happy as well. I hope everyone's mom and dad, spouse, and children are healthy, and/or recovering.

Condolences to those of you that have lost a parent or a loved one recently. May you find the strength to carry on, and hold good memories of your blessed loved ones to keep you strong.

Try to do a good deed for a friend or a stranger. They'll feel good, and you'll feel better.

Good health and happiness to everyone who shares their thoughts and prayers and good wishes with us every week. Hug your loved ones every day and make sure they know you love them.

Wishing you all the very best that life has to offer. A happy and healthy weekend to all!

@sunala Happy, healthy weekend to everyone here. Happy Passover and Happy Easter too! Looks like Sunday will be nice weather for our local Easter parade. Hugs and love to all our animal friends. I have bunny ears for my cats, but they will have no part of that! LOL

Thank you for your Passover and Happy Easter wishes.

I think you are so thoughtful, kind and sweet to do this. Also, I love your pic of the black and white cookies. I love them!! I never met a cookie I didn't like.....

I have a friend here at work celebrating the Passover seder. I love the pictures I see on Chabad. I read about it and love to learn about it. The pictures of the food practically knock me out!

I couldn't agree more; it is a pleasure to come here each week; I sometimes read this tread multiple times a week for the peace it brings.

I wanted to give you all an update on things here. DH received a call yesterday from his doctor-they want to move his procedure up a day so he will get the two remaining stents placed Wednesday instead of Thursday.

Our oldest DD had her surgery yesterday and while the surgery went well, recovery didn't go too well. She is fine but she suffers from migraines and this surgery was a shot in the dark to try to help with those. When the anesthesia wore off, she had a full blown migraine. She threw up several times, unable to keep anything down because of the migraine. This morning she is much better and is getting ready to come home.

Thank you all for prayers said and well wishes sent to either DD or DH or both. We believe in the strength of prayer and know it to be true. I don't think it matters who says those prayers because I believe all are heard-maybe not answered the way we think or hope they will be, but worth saying them always. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you strong women of faith.

@mustang66lady I too am a firm believer in the power of prayer, I find myself praying about any/everything all the time, often I wonder if I get on our Father's nerves w/ all my chattering to him, but then I think that He would rather hear from me more often then not at all. Pls give your DD a big hug for me, I suffer from migraines too & know what she has been through. I have read many of your posts, you are a very strong woman of faith, and I thank you for being so inspiring to me. GOD bless you & your family. L
