Former AF Ongoing Threads Moved to Community Chat

Kindred Spirits, hello, Widows Talk, Positive Threads and so on are there in the Community Chat forum now, missing many posts. Helps to use the search feature with the thread title, since Games are included in that forum as well.

I don't know how well this is going to work out. Very disorganized. Hope they add on sub-forums. I'm Bookmarking threads of interest for now, in order to locate them later. I sent notifications from the threads to those of you I usually post with. Hope you find your way to your favorite threads, friends!

How do you Bookmark threads? I've been trying to figure that out.

I couldn't find a way here in Preferences, so I'm just Bookmarking them to Safari as any other link.

How do you manage to quote a post, NickNick? I'm on my old iPad, so I'm thinking that's why many features aren't working for me.

After I click on Reply, there's a QUOTE button on the right above the box.

Thank you! The quote feature, I have just learned, like rich formatting (including emoticons) is not yet available for iPads. Hope they fix this soon.

WaJa, I can only barely understand what to do here. Thank you for posting this. I'll try to find the others, but so far I don't like this at all. Am praying for Eddie and your nephew who will be coming soon, and that the marriage will be wonderful. Love you, and hope we don't lose touch. I would be bereft. It's hot here today, and DD#1 and her hubby stopped by on their way to the desert for a few days. There's a pool and AC. DD#2 is still at work, but Wednesday is the last day and Thursday she will go back to put her room in order. Will be so glad when she has time off. Love you.

If that link won't work, you can copy and paste it to your browser's window. Emailed it to the others, but so far they aren't too interested in trying to post here. The bouncing screen has made me sea sick. They will have to tweak this, at the very least... but don't you fret! We'll sort it out and stay in touch. I'll start a new thread weekly right here, if need be.

Snappy, it's a mess for sure! I just bumped up hello and KS for you in Community Chat, but I don't know how well this will work. They need sub-forums if they expect us to stay over there. Much too disorganized. Don't fret though -- we won't lose touch! I'll think of something once they tweak things. The bouncing screen has made me sea sick.
