Do you still send them? I do, but with the price of them, I can understand why some don't. I'm not a fan of email greetings for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. How about you?

Still send them, I get very nice ones in the Dollar Tree, either 50 cents or a dollar, both brands are nice, Tender Thoughts or Forget Me Not.

Some Party City stores also have very nice cards for $1.

I SEND VERY FEW AND GET THEM AT THE DOLLOR TREE WHY SPEND LOTS OF MONEY ON THEM THEY READ THEM AND MAYBE TOSS THEM

in a regular store the other day and it was $ 5.00 ....yikes....no I

I make most of my cards and then put them on with presents. Those that I do send, because I add too many embellishments, I have to get weighed at PO to see how much postage is needed. I,too, use Dollar Tree to buy cards for those that are not close friends as they are very nice quality.

I always send birthday cards and sympathy cards. I don't like e-mail greetings for birthdays. I buy my cards at Kroger or Target. I do send expensive ones sometimes because I just love them.

Yes, I still send cards, birthday, anniversary, sympathy, wedding...or other occasions that warrant a card....they are getting expensive.

I always send cards, unless it suddenly 'dawns on me' that a person's birthday is that exact day of my 'dawning'. Then I send a 123 Greetings card online on the person's birthday day. Nice selection at Dollar Tree, btw. ........ I might add that if I'm very late (a week or two) in remembering a birthday, I still send a card with a notation re: sending it late, etc. 'Better late than never'.

Yes I do still send cards; actually, I send A LOT of cards---birthday, get well, thinking of you, sympathy, holiday cards, and blank cards with my personal notes.

I am known for my cards and personal notes. I enjoy letting my family and friends know I'm thinking about them; I want them to know I care. Unless I lose my sight or my ability to write, I will always send cards, because they do support and encourage people, and that is important to me.

I order all of my cards from Current; placing 1-2 orders a year when they offer free shipping. I have 2 3-drawer plastic stands that hold all of my cards. I rarely pay more than $5 for a pack of 8-10 cards and buy many of the mega value packs.

Still send them for birthdays, anniversaries, and sympathy cards. Let people know you are thinking of them at both happy and sad times.

I like to send greeting cards but am very selective about who I send them to. I sometimes make my own cards as well. Trader Joe's has beautiful cards for .99 cents each for just about every occasion and yes, some cards are ridiculously priced! I just noticed that a basic card with no embellishments was almost $4.00! I like to spend money but not that way, lol!!!

No longer send them. We do have sources of $1.00 cards but I have also found sources online that are free and I send that way, Or I just pick up the phone and offer my well wishes.

I love sending cards! I look for striking, beautiful notecards that are blank inside. I have quite a collection, and do use them.

I've been ordering from Current Catalog for many years. Great deals on greeting cards, checks, address labels and paper goods. Sign up for their shipping deals. I like to have a stash of cards on hand rather than run out for one. Their cards run around 50 cents each like the dollar stores.

I still send my elderly aunt and my sister birthday and christmas cards, but that's it.

Just got a few Thanksgiving cards to special family members/friends, also will do it for Christmas Dollar tree is great plus don't forget the 99cent stores also. 99cents their cards are plastic wrapped so no fingerprints on cards. At least at my 99cent store. I just got some birthday wrap & ribbon at dollar tree never brought that before thinking it was maybe too cheap of paper but was very suprised not bad. They also have huge gift bags didn't know at the time had to buy big bag went to Walmart spent $4.99 for 1 bag not anymore stocked up on that for any occasion. now need to get a few boxes for holidays which will be at dollar tree.

I still send them out. I buy 4or5 boxes from the $ store every year. I like to send cards to the special people in my life.
