Things that happened with QVC

Two things happened to recently at QVC!

First thing: they blocked me from using my QVC card without any notice at all!!!

What happened it turns out was the bill that they sent me came back undeliverable. They had the right address when I called about it so not sure what happened!!!! Its all ok now, they fixed things and then I did receive my next bill fine.

The second thing:

I placed an order on the phone. I had thought I had a discount so I asked them. She said no and I was fine with it. BUT i disconnected when she said I needed to talk to Cust Serv.

I NEVER went on with my order and never even agreed I wanted the order. I just ended the call YET the item showed up yesterday. Is this not weird???

I had the same thing happen with my q card, but I also got a late fee. It was straightened and hasn't happened again, but it was weird at the time. My q packages arrived at the address I have on my q account, but the bill didn't. LOL. I monitor it online and often pay it online now.

The rep likely placed the order with the details you gave her if it's the same item you called about.

First thing: I had the exact same thing happen to me but with the HSN card. It makes me wonder if QVC & HSN are using the same bank. Interesting scam: can you imagine how much the bank collects on "late fees"? Do they share a percentage of the late fees with QVC & HSN?

I will never use my HSN card again and I will never have a QVC card.

Conning customers into getting these cards is shameful !!!

I no longer have a Q card. I cancelled it. It is a long story and it was with a previous bank. But it seems the Q and the bank did not communicate properly and then the bank was downright outright nasty to me. The Q gave me credit for a return. The credit card did not get the memo and when I paid for what I owned and received THAT OTHER AMOUNT was not accounted for. The bank then charged me a service charge, reported me to the credit union (would have been only one month difference). I was reported Late, which was not even the case. The Q tried to get the credit card company to fix it, showed them the details and they would not retract the Insult (reporting me). I am very proud of my credit history so it hurt me.

Before I could cancel the Q card, QVC got a new bank to deal with. And I did do along and t hen finally I said to myself, I don't use EZ pay, and I can use my Visa card and get airplane miles, so who needs them. I am now free of t he Q card.

When I called recently to place an order they automatically put it on my Q card. I thought after I hung up that I wasn't asked what card I wanted it on. I went in and changed it as my regular CC gived me points that add up to money. I never call in orders, but had issues with the one. Just double check your order, and make sure they put it on your CC that you want it on.

I cancelled my Q card too, paid it off prior to our moving across country and will not get another one.

I thought you had given up on the boards and ertr never going to post here again? What changed?

I am having problems as well! I keep getting charged easy pay when I constantly tell them I want to pay it in one payment! Easy pay confuses my dh who writes the checks. He'd rather I only buy what I can pay for each month! I agree!

Not sure why anyone would have a Q card, I would never even consider one. Gimmick.

Thank you for your replies. I watched for my bill this time and it got here so that was good. No idea what happened last time!!

I plan on not using the QVC or HSN or EVINE card much anymore. I am pretty much done with ordering from shopping channels
