Didn't really get a Google answer for this....

When someone is from England, in like IMBD, they'll say something like, so and so is from blah blah blah, Yorkshire, England. Like there's 3 areas to the answer.

Does it mean something like this area, in this county, in this country? That's my guess although not sure and Google didn't really answer my question.

Can anyone really break it down for me, please?

City/County, Country

IMBD tells about movies and actors.

City, County, Country is traditional. Yorkshire is a county.

When I sent mail to my grandmother some 25 years ago, the address was long: Sidlesham, Chichester, Sussex, England.

The first was her small village. The second was the nearby town. Sussex was the county.

Do you mean city, county, country? England has counties, but not states.

Yorkshire is a very large county, and so is divided into three ridings. Is this what

you mean?

If you have anyone who is always watching a show or moving and asking "Who's that guy? Where have we seen him before?" then IMDB.com is the ultimate solution.

IMDB is the Internet Movie Database, one of the most useful websites around. I use it pretty much daily to get information about the people who are in whatever show or movie I'm watching, find out what my favorite people are working on, and more.
