You Just Can't Fix Stupid or Irresponsible!

A Texas driver was caught walking his dog in the middle of moving traffic as he held a leash through his car window.

Reilly Campbell noticed the odd scene on Saturday from her father's office in Austin.

The witness filmed the incident on her phone and can be heard reacting in shock.

'So illegal!' Campbell yells in the daytime clip.

The footage shows the pooch being pulled along while the person behind the wheel moves along slowly.

Other cars drive by as the furry friend tries to keep up with the motorist.

The scene only appears to get worse as the man in the dark vehicle makes a left turn while drivers in other lanes continue straight ahead.

Thankfully no cars are oncoming.

Campbell told Storyful that the driver was pulled over by police as soon as she stopped filming.

That is so beyond words.I hope they take the dog away from him.I wonder if he would mind the police taking him for a walk to jail.

There is so much stupid today I can no longer deal with it.

I get so ticked off I just stay at home most of the time.

Minor point, perhaps, but it's also likely too hot out in the open and on the asphalt. Looks like a husky type dog.

Of course the whole thing is absurd, and very cruel.

It always amazes me how many stupid people have pets. I think we should give people an IQ tests before they are given God's creatures . What makes a person think this behavior is ok. I hope the dog is given to a good home and the person serves jail time.

Wish someone could do the same to that creep! So horrible with all the sad reports that seem to be happening more frequently. Maybe it's because the news is everywhere. Would love to see all the guilty creeps get thrown in jail for good - oops, all of a sudden, someone lost the key(s). Wishful thinking on my part!
