I'm glad the video showed the puppies looking safe and healthy after being found. How sweet they look.

As far as what I think of this lady....well let's just say cruel, criminal, and heartless. I will refrain from the other adjectives that came to my mind.

Yes...so many more adjectives.... so thankful the puppies were found. Hopefully they will find a loving home.

I can’t imagine anyone that heartless or sick.That person should not be allowed to have a pet.So many people who would love to give those puppies a good home that there is no possible excuse for what she did.

There needs to be a jail sentence and fine for such a cruel and inhumane act. Animal abuse is a serious matter and should be treated as such in each and every state.

There are numerous words I could say to describe how this sick act makes me feel, I'll just leave it at anger.

While the pups are lovingly being cared for, pictures of this lady in black should be shown on TV in this area. I am sure many people would contribute to a reward to the first successful verified identifier.

After a just court session, the lady in black will turn into the lady wearing orange.

There is NO excuse for not taking the puppies to an animal shelter.

If she could drive to a dumpster she could drive to a shelter!

People who abuse animals deserve the same treatment. So somebody needs to stuff her into a big trash bag and dump her in the garbage. Thank goodness those puppies were rescued. People need to spay and neuter their animals.

I read this story this AM, but I hesitated to post it, as I thought it may be deleted as 'too disturbing'.

I hope and pray that someone in Riverside County recognizes this low life, so she can be punished.;

How she sleeps at night or looks at herself in the mirror, is just beyond my comprehension.

She had so many humane options, but instead she chose this inhumane act.........

I have no words, but a broken heart....

Too lazy and cheap to have a bit of surgery done on her dog. She needs to be caught and punished before the next litter is born.. She doesn't deserve the dog let alone the pups.

This is so sad! I also think that it happens far more often then most of us would imagine.

We adopted our puppy (Vizsla/beagle mix...she looks like a medium sized orange lab) 13 years ago from a shelter and we were told that she and her siblings were found in a dumpster. It's so heartbreaking! Our dog has one of the most mellow and sweetest personalities. She's been such a joy over the years!

I really hope they catch this woman.

You won't believe how often this happens, and I'm so glad law enforcement is doing something about it finally. They need to prosecute these people. Not long ago here someone found a bag in a dumpster in back of Wendy's. DH said the kitten wasn't even a week old. He survived, and is with a forever home! One of our kitties when we were newlyweds was found thrown in the garbage with the bag tied shut. The family who found her wanted to keep her but couldn't, so they brought her in. DH called me at school and told me on my way home to "stop by and see the little white kitten that came in today." He should have known better - I had always dreamed of having a little white kitten! He brought her home with him the next day, and she joined our Siamese "wedding present"!

I hear stories I wish I didn't know about. We all just have to be aware if we see something suspicious.
