Those are cute ideas, but I don't think that they are facts.

Dogs are dogs. They are wonderful creatures, but they aren't human. And, we tend to humanize their actions to understand them better.

They are really fairly simple & I don't think that they have all of the emotions & communication going on that we are trying to give them.

@Dusty1 LOL I tend to agree with you, although we love our Golden Retriever SO much that sometimes we think she *must* be just a tiny bit human. I appreciate this quote, though: Whoever said “It’s just a dog” has obviously never loved a dog.
