      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;food grade &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Diatomacious Earth. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have read this is a good product to get rid of bugs as well as FLEAS. &amp;nbsp;First, I thought I was supposed to put it ON THE DOG, but then I read to add to their food. &amp;nbsp;Has anyone used this product for fleas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I found a video using the proudct directly on the pet, also said you could put it in a spray bottle with water and spray the dog.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I would still appreciate replies if anyone has used the product, thanks&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34519"&gt;@Mom2Dogs&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; I'd do some more reading.&amp;nbsp; Diatomacious Earth is composed of tiny sharp particles of crushed shells and works by abrading the skin of bugs.&amp;nbsp; I've used it effectively for snails and slugs but how would feeding it to a dog get rid of fleas?&amp;nbsp; Fleas have a hard shell so I'd question how it could hurt a flea even with direct contact.&amp;nbsp; Usually it's put on the perimeter of an area where the intended victim will cross.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;Years ago I used a fluffy powder called Flea Busters which was put in carpets and upholstered furniture which was highly effective.&amp;nbsp; It was a desiccant and not harmful.&amp;nbsp; At that time you had to have a company come and apply it but later I noticed you can buy it and do it yourself&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I vacuumed&amp;nbsp;everything multiple times a day everyday for awhile washed all his bedding (multiple times) and washed and flea combed him often and it worked but was a lot of work!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
