      <title>Problems with Refunds for QVC Returns</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am at my wit's end with QVC. Between slow deliveries &amp;amp; mishaps on shipping items and now not getting refunds credited to my account, I'm about to stop any further purchases.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I typically don't do returns at QVC, but when I do, I trust that the refunds noted on my QVC account summary actually are reflected on my credit card balance. I decided to do a quick audit of returns from early May and found 3 instances of refunds showing on my online summary, but NOT credited to the credit cards. I've made several phone calls to CS, including two three-way calls with CS &amp;amp; Synchrony Bank who ALL agree I did not get the credits. The problem was elevated to corporate 10 days ago, and still silence and no resolution. If I were to call CS again today, I'd have to start from scratch explaining the situation, as if I've never called, and I'd be told (as I have in prior calls) to call Synchrony Bank. If I called Synchrony Bank, I'd be told to call QVC CS. Then, I'd have to convince a CS rep to do a three-way call, which they will do and they will all agree I'm owed this credit, yet after all these calls, I still have no credit.&amp;nbsp;The issue was bumped to corporate, since CS says it cannot resolve it, although the reps agree I'm owed the credits. I've heard nothing from corporate and I see no refunds credited.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else have refund issues and any suggestions on what I can do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a problem like yours once and I did not appreciate how they ping ponged me back and forth from that Synchrony Bank to CS and back and forth we went. Insulting to the customer who has to play that game. I've received the very BEST CS here on the boards from the mods. Perhaps they can help you too. Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;I don't know how some people can hold a job when they cannot do what they were hired to do. I don't get it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;Some people out there working cannot add or subtract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;A lot of errors on billing mistakes. The errors are not correct when they fix them. I don't mean just QVC either. It's like this a lot of places now.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;I had to replace an up down cellular shade from Penney's so I ordered 1. Now I have another 1 that broke so ordered yet another. It was less expensive because the sale price was less before the coupon on the second order. I called asking for a credit for the difference. I was told it would be a credit of $15.06. I checked my account to see a credit of $13.81. Not calling back for the difference. Today I check my account again before I pay the bill &amp;amp; there is another credit for $28.83. I recevied more credit than I should have. I'm not calling back again since at least 2 people worked on this &amp;amp; could not figure it out. I will pay my balance &amp;amp; see what happens.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;I would say I got a pretty good deal on my 2 up down cellular shades.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I usually can work out a missed return with CS--although I dread those calls, too--but this lack of credit to the cc was something I'd never checked before. I trusted if they issued a refund &amp;amp; reported it on my account, the credit was already processed. Who knows how long this has been going on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As much as I love Linea and spend a considerable amount of money on purchases each month, I will now scale back. When sizing is an issue, I just won't order. The hassle with QVC is just not worth it. Life is too short and other retailers are much easier to deal with. It's a shame.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it isn't, I will be checking my cc statements. I have experienced the extremely slow shipping. I noticed it first with returns and I usually use their prepaid labels.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased the Bethlehem Lights window candles last year ~ believed they were indeed a&amp;nbsp; Christmas in July TSV or one of the "Christmas, return by January 31st" shows they have throughout the summer months..&amp;nbsp; Returned them during the month of January and QVC returned them to me, telling me they did not qualify for returns.&amp;nbsp; I contacted customer service multiple times to no avail.&amp;nbsp; Some reps said they were not part of those promotions, others said they were.&amp;nbsp; I got tired of the back and forth ~ and getting nowhere ~ gave up.&amp;nbsp; Probably what they hope people will do ~ but in any case, I&amp;nbsp; haven't ordered any CIJ items this year.&amp;nbsp; For those of you who do~ good luck if you should need to return them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>GraceCo: I am SO sorry for what you have already been through trying to straighten out your problem. I too can no longer take the hassle. After a terrible mess up in March over the lace jackets, which I ordered prior to the show and never received - QVC claimed the warehouse involved got over run with too many orders - my help came from the corporate office. It took almost 2 months but I did get 2 of the jackets initially, and waitlisted the 3rd one, which also arrived weeks after the initial snafu and a lot of CS calls. I have cut ALL of my Linea purchases down to 1 or 2 a month. Phasing out. It's August and just got the tropical horizontal topper. I feel awfully good about cutting my purchases down that drastically. We have 2 close family members with horrible cancers right now. 1 a little child and 1 an older brother and an older sister passed away last weekend. I just cannot take this kind of stress from QVC, even though I love Louis and Linea. Very best of luck untangling this particularly upsetting mess.</description>

I just cannot take this kind of stress from QVC, even though I love Louis and Linea. At this age and stage with loss and suffering in our midst, the last thing anyone needs is hassles &amp;amp; stress. These particular ones we've had at QVC--that mean nothing in the scheme of things--are easily eliminated from our lives, as you have successfully done. I'm right there with you. Time is even more precious now and we don't want to waste another minute of it on empty &amp;amp; frustrating calls with a retailer. Thanks for your kind words and hugs to you.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Heartfelt Thanks Grace Co.&amp;nbsp; IN August 37 days after the death of mly sister, my oldest living brother died and we did not even know he was fighting cancer.&amp;nbsp; I have been heart broken this summerer.&amp;nbsp; Our big family of 8 is suddenly reduced to 3 and one of those has the terrible parotid cancer in his face.&amp;nbsp; The 7 yr old heads into her 3rd round of chemo next week and my brother with face cancer is going on 4th straight week of both chemo and radiation at same time having lost many weeks trying to recover after the original diagnosis and surgery in june before treatment could begin.&amp;nbsp; I'm always grateful for Louis's clothes in the midst of major trouble and sorrow.&amp;nbsp; Don't have to think about what to wear and look so much betteer than one feels.&amp;nbsp; Haven't been in many Linea "lines" thouh this summer..&amp;nbsp; We are calling it the summer of cancer and death and machinery malfunction at our home.&amp;nbsp; Tragedy and annoying costly repairs seem to pile upon each other.&amp;nbsp; Just trying to make it through this season of grief.&amp;nbsp; So nice to read your kind words.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Returns are totally frustrating, not to mention how long it takes for a credit to be issued. After I checked on my recent return I saw that it had been 14 days since it was mailed. &amp;nbsp;I called CS and was told they never received it and I needed to contact the post office and file a claim. &amp;nbsp;I had proof of my return. &amp;nbsp;What a hassle! &amp;nbsp;I decided to call CS again before filing a claim as instructed and this time I got someone who just went ahead and credited my account. &amp;nbsp;We'll see. &amp;nbsp;Rather than wait for my bill I would like an email confirming the credit was truly issued, but was told I would just see it credited on my bill. &amp;nbsp;I rarely make returns, but after this situation I too will be rethinking purchasing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I spent so much time trying to get my refunds actually credited to my CC, and at a certain point, the amount owed was no longer worth my time. All I got was repeated "form letter" emails, instead of an update showing progress on a resolution. Like Groundhog Day! Contacting the social team helps, but even then, it was frustrating and fruitless. I finally got one credit and gave up on the other. As a result, I have already scaled back on purchases, unless I'm 100% sure that what I'm buying will fit and not necessitate a return. With jewelry, if I'm on the fence, I won't buy it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Life is too short for this aggravation from a retailer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
