Changing Prices

I ordered the Shantung the first top in ivory paid 66.00 for it then it went to 52.80. So then I ordered the other two for 52.80 and just received those yesterday and now the price is 46.20. The customer service people said no for price adjustment and another said she would adjust and then didn't. I'm not going to argue about money when the world is so sick so I'll just drink wine instead.

That's not right, if your purchases were within 30 days of the price drop(s) you are entitled to a price adjustment according to QVC's price adjustment policy.

I would email the details of your orders to QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com, requesting your price adjustments.

I bet you will get them, don't settle for wrong answers from CS.

It's all who you get on the line. This has happened to me and when I was told they could not make the adjustment I asked when the policy changed and was told nothing had changed. I just called back and got someone different who immediately gave me the adjustment.

C/S told me that the 30 day adjustment window starts from the date ordered, not from date received! And she calculated my refunds on the state tax, not what I actually paid with the tax!

I think I'm going to call back & complain.

ETA: success! Another rep understood exactly what I was to get back & recalculated all of the price adjustments. She also said that the 30 day adjustment window starts from date of receipt not date of ordering.

So far, I have had a live chat on 3/25, and sent one email to CS yesterday 3/26 (no response) and another email just a few moments ago. Can someone on the social team help with this? This concerns the reduction in price of the new Status Link Necklace which I ordered on 3/24. It has been reduced in price from $44.99 to $31.49. I would really love a credit for the price difference to my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Am I the only one that finds these recent price changes puzzling and annoying? It's almost a bait-and-switch operation that requires the customer to constantly check pricing to see if she is eligible for a refund. This is the fourth time in recent weeks I've called for an adjustment, which was honored,to be fair, but I don't see the point and I do feel I should not have to constantly check my orders. If they want to do this, I feel in terms of good customer relations qvc should do as other companies, such as Amazon, do, and shoot us an email saying there has been an adjustment in our favor.

@dodies yes, it's annoying about the prices. I have ordered quite a few things recently & they have all gone on sale & I've gotten the price adjustments for everything. I noticed a couple things today at different times so had to make 2 calls. Both reps I spoke to told me that's all they have been doing today, is price adjustments!

I've been told it's from date of ordering and not date of receipt too (HSN also says that and isn't very flexible). But I was able to get my last adjustment from the Q as a credit to my account (vs credit card) because I think it was one day over. It was fine as I used it a few days later...lol

So funny,JJM, cause customer service told me the exact opposite......said the item wasn't charged till it had been sent....and we all know how long that's been taking. So, he couldn't issue an adjustment till I'd actually received the item. I guess we have to keep trying until we get a good answer! Frustrating

On March 27 I emailed QVC on their site for a price adjustment; just got a response on March 30 that a partial refund is coming. They must be swamped!

i have always gotten price difference refunds within 30 days of receipt of the item......not 30 days from ordering, not 30 days from shipment.

they were very prompt two days ago. i sent an email in around 11pm et or so and received a confirmation of credits within less than an hour.

QVC has always been very cooperative and nice about refunds on price adjustments.
