Trouser socks

What on earth is going on with QVC ? I'm waiting and waiting to get delivery on everything. My trouser socks are just sitting there and we know there in stock and I have glasses comin and cleaning product and nothing is moving. My other question is why are there so few tv presentation? It looks like it's all repeats and so little new things available .

@fresh kitty. Has your order shipped? Several of us have items in UPS custody which are just sitting on trucks or in distribution centers. I think they're ovetwhelmed and the shipping season has just started.

I have a Susan Graver top that I ordered on 11/17....it's taking forever yet the other tops in that order arrived over a week ago! This one has been finally received by my local PO.

I don't think the slow shipping issue is exclusive to QVC this time around. I am having problems tracking a UPS shipment from Costco and this is rare!

Yea, since they repeat the same products over & over , they may as well use the already taped shows except that it gets old when you see the disclaimer " pre recordered " and they talk abt a cheaper price or free shipping that is no longer offered. As far as I am concerned they can cut back on the hosts if they are going to show hours , even during the day or weekends of the same old products or if the hosts aren't going to give the facts abt an item. Most of the time I order online after I read some reviews or read some specifics .

Well to day is December 10 th and still no trouser socks because the new order is bouncing from warehouse to warehouse. So out of frustration I called again today and she said the only thing today is cancel so I did just that and I'm not reordering either. Is anyone else having problems or is it just me?

I agree. This is not an exclusive QVC problem. I had something I purchased from another company that was supposed to arrive 12/7 via UPS. On the day it was supposed to arrive, I found out that my shipment "might be delayed" because it was not properly sorted. It is supposed to arrive on 12/11 (tomorrow).

Tonight, around 5:30 p.m. I saw an man in his mid 70's walking when I was taking in my recycle bin. At first, I thought he was just walking for his health, but I had never seen him before. A couple of minutes later, I met him at my front door with a Costco package and my Wen TSV from QVC. He was literally sprinting packages from door to door in my neighborhood while the driver was doing the same. Yep, I felt a bit guilty!

No, it's not just you. The same thing happened to me with a Costco package. I was charged, but it never showed up, and I was not able to track any information on it for two whole weeks. Costco cancelled, and then reordered on my behalf after callng UPS. I got a text that said it will be here tomorrow.

I wonder what UPS does with all of those lost packages that they find later?

I am in DC and my many QVC orders this fall have arrived promptly. You all make me feel very fortunate! I ordered the loden/espresso trouser socks and am delighted with them. Like tights when I was afraid they might be sheers.

I ordered on the 8th, with the free shipping promo, they shipped on the 10th and are scheduled to arrive today, the 11th. That's really some super timing and I'm greatful that this and a couple other items didn't camp in process this time around. My fleece tights and sox will be delivered too.

I have to say my tights and socks arrived in record time. My second order for Christmas presents arrived today. I'm very satisfied with the deliveries.

My first order of the trouser socks inexplicably wound up in Vancouver, WA. Of course, I don't live in Vancouver, WA. CS kept insisting they were sent to CO, when it was clear the tracking info said they were "out for delivery" in Vancouver & then returned to QVC for an "undeliverable" Vancouver address. Took three calls to CS to get them to refund the socks. Who really has the time & patience for this nonsense?

I re-ordered the socks and they have apparently made it to the correct state this time.
