I really appreciate that Lori uses colors that are different from the standard QVC pallette, but everytime I receive one of her garments an extensive search ensues for something to wear with it. She's made my life a huge scavenger hunt.

Today I received a nice pair of cropped pants, fit well and look nice but they have a wild mix of yellows and purples.....or so I thought.

When I started trying to match this to my tees, I discovered that the purple is really violet which clashes with all lavenders and purples that I own. I spent the latter part of winter trying to find a violet pair of pants to go with the Logo TSV sweater. There isn't much out there and now the search starts again. A QVC search for violet tops, shirts and tee resulted in 0 results but a can of something with a violet top.

I finally found a violet pair of jeans a month ago. Now it's too hot to wear jeans and a sweater. It'll probably be too cold for cropps by the time I find a shirt.

Oh, and the yellow in the cropped pants, when I match it to my shirts, appears to have a lot of green in it, and really doesn't go with my existing yellows. More searching.

Lori, when you present these unusual colors, please plan or have some plan to have some matching pieces. EVERYTHING DOES NOT GO WITH EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Anybody know of a match for these?

Thats definitely true. I've purchased a few of her items and nothing to go with it. They're still sitting in my closet, on a hanger. It's frustrating.

@kze it sometimes very hard to match navys. Some seem to have a bit of red or brown in them.

@Kachina624 While the search is on, will an off-white tee work? A true white could work, too. At least you could wear them now.

@Kachina624 I have that problem so many times not with just Logo, but I have bought pants, skirts to realize I never found the right top to wear with them. Now for logo, I have only purchased tops which I usually wear with just plain jeans and I have purchased a few of her dresses. Good luck in your search!

@On It That's what I may have to do while I search. There's little violet available in the marketplace summer or winter. Too bad because it would be so pretty. There's always Rit Dye, maybe on that white tee.

@spumoni99 That shirt is available on the website but it really doesn't match the violet in the pants, its purple.

There is a top with the same color name as the pants but it's sold out in my size. It's said to run very large so I did get on a waitlist for a smaller size.

@Kachina624 - They're cute! It looks like there's a touch of lavender in one of the splotches. Wouldn't a light lavender work?

I also ran into that problem, and I just gave up! I don't even try anymore. I now think in terms of warm and cool, and I mix it up with different shades of warm together or different shades of cool.

And then there are some colors that go with everything, vibrant red goes great with purple and even cool green. And even though you buy things that are supposed to be the same color, in different fabrics and textures can look very different anyway. Also 99.5% of folks looking at you will be clueless as to whether things match or not.

Yes, I have often had the same problem. It's currently with that same pair of pedal pushers! The color is chalk violet, and I have not found a single thing that matches well.I want a short sleeved top as the pants are for summer. Nothing available in my size. I just got them this week and I ordered a pink top at the same time, thinking it would work. It doesn't.

LOGO is definitely a brand fitted for a specific shopper.
Granted, her prints seem to have softened and some are attractive but everytime I watch a Monday show I see Lori Goldstein and I think of a circus.

@lilybelle Success! I found the perfect violet tee on the Woman Within website, not the greatest quality but it was something like $19.99 on clearance. If you can wear a size 12+, check it out.

I wore it today and got several compliments. It also is a decent match with a lavender D&C tee that I dug out of my stash. Those pants are hot on a hot day though.

Yes, clown comes to mind. I wonder if Amy or the models would wear her fashions when not at work.

@Kachina624 What a coincidence because I ordered a couple of different purple tops from WW just last Night!

I saw a comment on QVC that someone got A601165 Logo Distressed Cotton Slub Top, in Sparkling Grape, and it was a good match to the pedal pushers. The other colors would likely be good choices for the other colors in these pants too. I have added it to my wish list, as the current "sale price" is $71.10. Too expensive for me! I'll cross my fingers that the price comes down.

A306613 in Rosebud might work. This item is no longer availble on QVC, but you might find in on another site e-y. There are a few listed there so you can see the color. Also, there may be other rosebud items on QVC.
