    <description>&lt;P&gt;I wanted to give an update for this discussion.&amp;nbsp; As I mentioned above - when I send my returns back, I package normally 4-6 items in one box or bag and pay for the shipping and insure for the total of the amount for the items enclosed.&amp;nbsp; I put all my return slips together in the box so they are easy to find.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This past week I got notices for my returns for the last batch that I sent in and 3 of the items I had enclosed were not showing returned.&amp;nbsp; I just got off the phone with customer service who corrected the issue and were very kind while doing so.&amp;nbsp; While we were discussing these returns - I quizzed her about using the QVC return label for several items and asked her how that would be handled on their end for the amount deducted for return postage.&amp;nbsp; She stated that I would only be charged for the ONE return label ($6.95) and nothing would be deducted from the other items in the package.&amp;nbsp; I asked her what would happen if for some reason this shipment went missing or was mishandled on their end and she suggested that when I send a package of returns back with multiple items to call into customer service and list the items that were being returned in the package and they would make note just in case there were problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously I haven't tried this yet to know for sure if this is accurate but I plan to try it in the next few weeks - I have 2 items waiting to be returned until I get enough to package together.&amp;nbsp; Just wanted to give an update because I know this will save me lots of money and I know I was one of the people in this discussion that had been misinformed in the past or had had deductions that I should not have had for packaging multiple items.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Shipping and Return Processing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I &amp;nbsp; have the tank with the swiss dot in pink mist I ordered STILL processing and it's been 5 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted CS and I got a story that there was a system update glitch and they are trying to catch up. Funny, my ruched capris ordered the same day shipped 2 days ago and another item shipped yesterday. I am thinking they took more orders than they had &amp;nbsp;and my "in process" will change to unable to fulfill or back order or whatever it is they do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I have been seeing more and more complaints on the time it takes to ship an item. ( On FB ) and these forums. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Returns can be better if we don't use their label .&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/155314"&gt;@Pearlee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;made a good suggestion to me the other day. &amp;nbsp;And the time to see the credit back on my card has seemed to extend these days too. I &amp;nbsp;do have Amazon Prime. Maybe my expectations have changed . But if they could meet &amp;nbsp;somewhere close to that company I would be much happier.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/51705"&gt;@violet runner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; It most certainly takes longer for Q to process a return using Q's return labels. &amp;nbsp;They go to a central location and Q has to pick them up - bunches at a time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I ship items back UPS (multiples in one box) it's so much cheaper and UPS gets them delivered in 2 business days - always - right to Q's dock and I have proof via tracking. &amp;nbsp;I ship directly at UPS, not from a UPS store, where I also list out everything in the box by item number, in case there is any doubt about what got sent back in one box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This shipping method is so much cheaper for clothing than the return labels if you are returning multiples..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

UPS is expensive so you have to have multiples to make it worthwhile. &amp;nbsp;The UPS cost depends on the box size, weight, and distance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since I live in the midwest, sending clothes back to Lancaster takes only two bus. days and the distance is relatively short for me. &amp;nbsp;Those of you in Fla. or out west would have a greater expense to ship UPS to Lancaster. &amp;nbsp;Cost is based on cubic inchnes taken up in the truck so the smaller the box the cheaper. &amp;nbsp;I can't keep their standards straight so I have no "for sures" but I know the cost is based on what I say above. &amp;nbsp; Let me just say that the time the items averaged out to $1 a piece, I was sending back quite a few items. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I make sure to place everything in the proper plastic bags that they came in and will add the invoices with each item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I plan on returning 8 items from 4 different orders on Monday. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I have a FedEx account and will ship them all back together. &amp;nbsp;It will cost me about $12.00 or so to return everything plus I can see when they receive it through tracking. &amp;nbsp;It only takes a day or two.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's much cheaper &amp;amp; quicker to do it this way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't have a regular UPS facility near me but I do have a UPS Store close by. Regarding the time it takes for an order to ship...my last few orders have remained "in process" for nearly a week, before shipping. &amp;nbsp;I have actually cancelled items a week after orderin (the boho cardigan). &amp;nbsp;In the past, my orders always shipped and arrived to me within 4 days...now it's taking at least 10 days or more. &amp;nbsp;Also, everything is arriving through the mail, when they use to come via UPS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My orders are taking a long time to ship too. Almost everything is being sent US mail, and takes at least 10 days to reach me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding returns, I sent back quite a few Logo tops that I bought over the holidays, and never wore. I put them all in one box, used a QVC return label, and included the return labels inside in one envelope. Everything was credited back to me within two weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I even added extra insurance when I mailed back the boho chic top. &lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/155314"&gt;@Pearlee&lt;/a&gt;, you are lucky not to have any problems. I have a couple of things lost.&lt;BR /&gt;I think it was$1.60 for an additional $50 on that top alone. When you send that much back have you ever gotten the dreaded return too much letter? Or don't they do that anymore?</description>
