Clasp on 100 ct. pendant

I love the 100 ct. diamonique Judith Ripka pendant with chain that I bought. The beautiful clasp with a heart built into it broke after a short time. Any ideas on how I can get this clasp replaced. Just an every day clasp won't do!

Its a 100 facet diamonique stone, not 100 ct. lol

On the diamonique show early this morning ( I could not sleep), Stacy said "100 cts" over and over instead of 100 facets. I was surprised that she wasn't corrected in her ear piece. 100 cts, now that is a lot of carat weight!!!

Try calling QVC Customer Service. Ask if QVC will repair or replace it.
