Can this charm really be 3 inches in lenght? That woul make for a VERY long charm, especaily for the price. I called customer serive & was told that was the size stated by Ripka. What do you think? Typo? CS is missed informed?

The length keeps me from ordering it.

I think it's very likely a typo, @MysteriousWays. It reads 1/2 inch wide so proportionally it appears to be about an inch or so long. Too bad you were unable to get clarification on accurate measurements.

Why not order it & see for yourself? If it is not the correct length or a length to your liking, return it & ask CS NOT to subtract for the Q label since it was misrepresented in the description.
