yes it is the round stone version of the ice cube bracelet. I have to see what QVC says about this. Last year a Diamonique stone fell out of one of Judith's cuff bracelets. Supposedly there is a life time guarantee on Diamonique. I had the bracelet for over two years. I sent it to QVC and they replaced the stone and returned the bracelet at no charge to me. However here the problem is that it is not a issue with a Diamononique stone but with the bracelet itself. I will call them and see what they say.

At one of the hinges between the stations. I have had it 6 months. Wore it almost every day. Not a happy camper. guess I will get the mailing address from QVC and send it in for repair.

That's totally unacceptable not to mention how upsetting that must be. I would get right on the phone with QVC CS and tell them how much it costs and how Judith went on and on about how well made and strong it was. Ask for a supervisor if they can't help or go all the way up to the office of the president if you need to. They should offer you a replacement or a refund. Was it the round one that was a TSV of the square ice cube one? Good luck!

If I wear my tennis bracelets 24/7 they all snap in two where they're hinged but they usually last about a year. I don't buy them anymore.

I have this bracelet and have worn it every day for about 6 months now. I honestly expected the worst because of the reviews but so far, so good. I am exceedingly careful with the clasp and the adjoining diamonique.

However, after I bought it, I bought her large square bracelet (like Shawn's) and wanted to wear them together. After two weeks the clasp that goes under the main clasp was loosening considerably. Since this was an over $400 bracelet (more than I've spent on 14k back in the day).... there was no way I was going to 1) keep it with a problem, 2) take it to a jeweler to be fixed or 3) exchange it for one with the same problems..... I sent it back.

However, my love affair with JR after several pieces that have disappointed me, has dropped because I no longer trust the quality. Unless I can trust the quality.... I won't pay her exorbinate prices. Bring the quality back and I'll be back because I love her style.....

I bought a pair of her hoops and one of them broke after not wearing them for very long. So did a watch of hers. Expensive jewelry. Just as cheaply made as the rest of the stuff sold on air. The problem is, I don't wear this jewelry everyday so when it does break (and it usually does), I'm beyond my 30 day return window so I get a "too bad" from the company. I'm done.

I am very sorry for this problem.

If CS doesn't fix it, contact the Office of the President of the Q. People are there M-F with no other purpose but to resolve issues that CS is unable to do.

Good luck.
