Ratings are always subjective and someone else having a different opinion or ratings system doesn't mean the person is being less truthful. I've seen people give 5 stars to things that gave them horrible reactions and were sent back, to shoes they say didn't fit, and all kinds of things. Likewise, I'd seen people give 1 star reviews to things because an item wasn't the color they expected or didn't fit in the space they had in mind, so it was returned.
