Judith's TSV for 8 June

Just received the advance email about Judith's new TSV coming up.

quartz and rose quartz. I'm not sure why they show a picture of the necklace

with the additional O ring for hanging regular enhancers and then say, it is not

included??

I believe from reading the description that the 'O' ring is also included.

This is what I read in the description:

Twisted cord with textured endcaps; gemstone insert with Diamonique simulated diamonds; O-ring insert used to hang additional enhancers (not included)

Maybe it is just badly worded - or maybe they meant the additional enhancers

are not included - not very clear. Although in another spot it does say this:

Includes cord, gemstone insert, and O-ring insert

I think the "O" ring is included but the additional enhancers are not included.

The enhancers are pretty, but could you wear one on a normal Ripka chain?

@winamac1 You could ScotchGuard the cords.

Also, if the cord is going to be on bare skin, I would not wear any lotion or perfume where the cord is going to be on the skin.

Thanks. I don't think Scotchgard would help enough though!

The cords will get nasty eventually even if you do not have lotion or cream on your skin. Enhancers are pretty. I hope they can be placed on a regular chain.

Some of the colors are very pretty. I like the Crystal option, but also wonder about the wear/tear. The o-ring is included so you can swap out enhancers. Love the design & look!

Would this interchage with the years'-old OTO leather cord with the ginger quartz/smoky quartz piece that was going to have but never did have other pieces that we would be able to swap out? Just thinking ... that I wear that necklace often with no wear and tear, so might be nice to have the black spinel piece to wear on the leather cord.

Agree with comments about cord becoming yucky after awhile from body oils, etc. The colors of the cords are nice, so for those who purchase hope you enjoy.

I am so tempted to order the pink, but have the same concern about keeping the cord clean.

Some years ago I bought a similar piece. I had a beige/tan cord with a magnetic closure and a smoky quartz heart enhancer. It is beautiful, and fortunately the enhancer works on other necklaces because the cord quickly became so dirty just from skin cream and normal wear and tear.

I still wear the heart but the never the dirty worn cord. What finally did it in was a light dusting of bronzer on my skin that stained the cord.

I think the TSV is beautiful and like that it is not magnetic and has the O ring for enhancers, but keep in mind you might have to find a way to wash the cord!

I like the cyrstal & black spinel & the pendant design but concerns about the cord looking good long term.

Also think the price is high, should be under $100. It's a pass for me

I was hoping that there would be a silver chain that had the loops so that the enhancer would fit on that chain. The cord kills this TSV for me.
