Bethelem Lights Color Flip Tree

I bought this tree last year, and this year NO Color Lights; therefore NO Color Flip. I only have white lights. This tree is to vary fom multi to pastel to white. Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do to fix? Any ideas? I am disappointed as this tree was pricey.

@Grandma TAM - I don't know, if this will work but, if the tree is in sections, it might be worth taking it apart and reassembling it.

Some who bought other versions of BL trees with multi-functions, found that "reset" the lighting. Someone contacted Bethlehem Lights and was given that information. The sections have to fit together exactly right.

If that doesn't work, I'd contact them directly. The tree must have a warranty still in effect. Good luck with it.
