Christmas Decor in Stores

Hobby Lobby has had Christmas (trees, ornaments, etc.) for about 6 weeks. Ribbons and picks longer.

Home Goods is starting to get in Christmas. I saw a few Valerie items that are no longer offered online. I had a glitter tree in my hand but put it back. It is not my color (champaign) but it was so pretty.

I have seen some garden centers putting up Christmas as well. I really enjoy going to the Open Houses at garden centers.

I am looking forward to this weekend to see what new items Valerie and others will have to offer. The only thing I am looking for is a slim flocked tree but will look for that in a store. This weekend will be fun to see surprise things I haven't seen before.

It is so weird that we are already in the last quarter when it is a rush rush rush of holidays.

I saw Luminara orange mottled candles at Home Goods for $14.99. 4" or 4-1/2". I did not see other sizes.

Every once in a while I find a Luminara at Marshalls, Home Goods and Hobby Lobby. Depends on the color and size available. They are still my favorite candle, I have all colors and styles.

Michael's Crafts has some of the best berries I have ever seen under the Ashland brand (not the weeping choice) which a clearance priced under $4.00. Now they are only on line.

Merchants are rushing the holidays. I don't participate in much of it at all. I do like Thanksgiving though but that seems to be almost all but forgotten now.

Michael's had a 40% off coupon over labor day week and if you knew how to search for Lemax Christmas villages you could have picked up some deals. This past week they offered "lowest prices of the year" with a 30% off coupon. I bought the 2023 Lemax Holly Jolly Hotel facade and with rewards got a super deal. Money is tight for most folks and I think the closer we get to the holidays we'll be seeing some pretty incredible sales.

I am seeing more and more things at Home Goods that used to be sold on QVC. Valerie lanterns, lit trees and snow globes and several Mr. Christmas items. I would say the good news is that if you missed out on it at Q, you may find it at HG.

I am also seeing more decorated trees at Garden Centers as they prep for their Open Houses. Very cheerful. It is still hard to believe we are close to that time of year again.

purchased the gold trees and they are stunning !! I would have liked the green too, was a hard decision, but I'm thrilled with this set ! Look so much more expensive!

The store called At Home has a boatload of Christmas on display. It seems there is more this year than last year.

@Sakuya @I have to get over there , usually go and take a look at there decor . Last year not much new so I'm looking forward to seeing what they have this season. I hope ours has many items as yours does!

One family has put up Christmas decorations all around their house, I mean huge display.

Different from years ago when I was growing up. Christmas trees in the front windows were the highlights of sight seeing two weeks before Christmas.

To each their own, but to me doesn't seem like something in Oct.

Lots of neighbors have elaberate holloween decorations. Like I said, To each their own. At least the Holloween ones in the month for it.
