I didn't order it, but I thought they said it was advanced orders, not shipping out right away. Several of my Christmas items are not being shipped until September.

Mine was supposed to be here this week. They said it hadn't shipped and was supposed to go out the 17th.

Many items are not being shipped out when stated. I feel your frustration. The only thing I know to do is to email:

Talked to QVC yesterday. Surprisingly it is now ready to ship. We'll see what happens by the end of the week.
