VALERIE'S KOOKY GOOD MICROLIGHTS

I mentioned ordering H216373 a few days ago on sale and free shipping. It was 2 simple hurricanes with fairy lights, and they were mainly ordered to obtain the light strands, with the glass vessels being kind of a bonus.

They are great! Am I the only one who has not tried "multifunction" microlights before? Have only had the on-off-timer ones before. But these, wheee. "Glisten", "Fast Waterfall", etc. Here are the different speeds or "modes":

Can not find this type of more complex microlight strand on any other of Valerie's items, interestingly. But maybe I've overlooked one.

Those of you who have Bethlehem lights are probably laughing-- you've had these fun, different glimmery special effects forever! But I'm still all agog.

My favorite mode is "Fast Glisten". Very twinkly and sparkly without being too frenetic. Some modes are almost too subtle, and "Fast Waterfall" is too abruptly jumpy for me.

Anyway, who else has these kinds of lights? Are you enthralled by them? They are festive!

@Oznell Many of my light strands have multi-functions. It's funny, though. I usually go back to steady.

Yeah, I thought I'd be more of a "steady" person too, @PA Mom-mom.. Turns out I unexpectedly like a bit more "jolting around" than that, who knew!

i have become a fairy light fiend! LOL

i love them and i will be using them year round. i have done quite a bit of decorating with them for christmas. the

last sets i purchased were from amazon and look identical to the ones that you have @Oznell and they came with remotes.

@Oznell This year, for the first time, I am using the twinkly feature on Bethlehem lights, the lights that came with Valerie's Bow vases were not filling it up, also am using this feature on the Jonathan Brothers pine cone stems, and am loving the feature. I usually leave everything on steady, but this feature is fun, as long as I don't have it in my view for long periods of time, lol.

Exactly, @mousiegirl -- you wouldn't want to be staring fixedly at it all the time, but when you do glance at it from time to time, it's fun and cheerful!

I bought Bethlehem lights for this but it is affected by my tv remotes so are useless.
