I found this site recently and saw a couple of cute things. Just wondering if anyone has ever ordered from there and your experiences.

I've ordered from them several times. They have some cute, unique items, I haven't been disappointed. My son is a hunter and his bathroom has all camoflauge decor, so I gave him the shotgun toilet plunger for a gag gift at Christmas, he loved it and was a big hit.

I just discovered it also, and tried to order one item, but it wouldn't go into the cart so I called and was told it is on backorder and would be in last week, but still am unable to cart it.

Yes, I have ordered a few times. (when I can get free shipping and items on sale). I recently received one of the Fall/Harvest wreaths (love) and a Halloween spinner. Fast shipping, items packaged well.

I've ordered from them too and most of the things I've gotten are very unique and have become some of my favorite things-Christmas, windchimes, a winter top.

You can read reviews from their online site which are very useful. The "practical" things for around the house that are sold on tv and other places don't always get good reviews, so its good to read those before ordering.

Their customer service is very good as well.

You will be amazed when you see so many things here that are sold for example on QVC that are very similar for at least 2/3 less and just as good quality.I guess its "what the market will bear." I saw the resin reindeer sold last year with Valerie on Collections for $14.99 (for both!)

I have ordered a lot through the years from Collections. I started with seasonal plate sets when everything was $14.99 unless it was on sale. A lot of the plate sets I got for $9.99.

One thing that I would stress is be sure to read the size of the item. A lot of their products are shown so much larger than they are but they do give the size information. I've heard people complain about that but they just didn't read the description.

I haven't ordered in the past few years but they stood behind their products when I ordered from them. I need to go back and look again. I used to get their catalogs regularly but just occasionally now.

Now see what you guys have done, made me go check another company that I had put in the back of my mind. lol

I have ordered from them for years. I found the garden items to be better than I expected for what I was paying. The S&H was reasonable and items were packaged nicely. I never received any thing that was damaged, defective or looked like a return. I hope you have the same good luck that I did.

@mousiegirl I have Internet Explorer, Chrome and Foxfire. Sometimes pictures that people post won't show up with IE but if I use Chrome or Foxfire they will show up. It was just a thought. Can you call your order in? They said it was in stock. I clicked and it added with no problem.

Thanks everyone for posting about your experiences with them. I ended up placing an order for 3 items. I signed up and got a 15% discount on my first order, but after trying the free shipping code, I ended up using that instead since the total came to less.

I really appreciate all of the help everyone gave.

IP is your internet provider. My tablet uses Chrome as does my phone, my desktop has Internet Explorer, Chrome and Foxfire. DH will help you. Browser, not IP.
