absolutely love both! Got 2 sets , one for me and one for my dearest friend . Also the green ceramic set of 3 trees to go with . Have the perfect spot to display them.

Congratulations! I am sure they are beautiful, and what a generous friend you are. DH and I are well into the downsizing of everything, but I can still admire!

@PamfromCT oh believe me I certainly don't need yet another Christmas item lol ! I need to downsize myself . I'm trying to be selective as I have bins of Christmas stuff, this particular friend and I are Christmas crazy 🤪. I must start going through all of my Christmas items at some point though.

I couldn't resist these 2 though , just couldn't !!

I bought 5 sets of the mini lanterns. Going to give two of them to each of my kids and grandkids for Christmas. I hope they're as cute as they look!

I didn't see any of her presentations but it sure sounds like she presented some very nice items. I also have downsized so won't be buying but it is always fun to look.

Interesting

I found a very similar duo of Gazebo and a Greenhouse on Amazon made by a company called Melrose International.

They are not exactly the same, with slightly different roof on the gazebo and not with the same trim on the roofline, but still in the same general effect.

The are about the same price:

Melrose International LED Winter Greenhouse Display 10" long

Melrose International LED Winter Gazebo Display 9"

Valerie's are more cutesy, but I like the Melrose ones, too.

I went and took a look at the Melrose international gazebo and conservatory There are both nice, although not as detailed as Valerie's . I like the stone work look on the conservatory. Also the gazebo has only 1 tree not 2 , couldn't tell how many in conservatory.

Since the Melrose ones are more winter vs Christmas, you could always add miniature garland during Christmastime on the outside. Hobby Lobby has it in their miniature Christmas section.

Valerie's option appears to have more lights and greenery inside the buildings.

@Sakuya I agree, for about the same price Valerie's has a lot more detail inside the buildings.

Just adding my .02 on the Melrose pieces:

The Melrose greenhouse (like VPH's conservatory) appeared to only have lights in the bottom and not actually placed upon the trees. Plus I was not able to find any pics of the gazebo illuminated at all, to see where its lights were placed.

TIMER? If a timer is important to you, I didn't see a timer mentioned in any of the Melrose item descriptions. Valerie's two have 6-hour timers.

Otherwise good alternatives!

Excited to hear everyone's reviews of these when they arrive.
