VPH Stack Pumpkins lost by UPS

So irritated, my order of the H493670 shipped 8-14 but has been "on its way" at the Hodgkins, IL hub since 8-17 and no change. QVC said it is lost unfortunately. I ordered the Ivory and color is sold out so CS was great to refund but I was excited to get them! Reviews have been some happy, some not - maybe meant to be that I did not get this time around. Anyone else have UPS status say on its way for weeks?

I'm sure that's disappointing @justK and you seem to have the same outlook I would have, it's just not meant to be to receive them.

However, don't be surprised if it just shows up one day. In the 30+ years I've shopped with QVC, there have been a few items "lost". All but one eventually showed up. Hopefully you will receive them this Fall season so that you can display them.

@justK I have had several things get lost in Hodgkins, IL through the years. I don't think any have ever eventually arrived. But it has only been a week so there is still a glimmer of hope.

Last year I purchased a set of 2 tire inflators to give to my brother in-laws for Christmas. The package was never delivered to our house and QVC refunded me.

About 2 months later I got a charge from QVC for the same 2 tire inflators. I inquired about it and the rep told me the package was damaged and UPS returned it to QVC. She apologized that QVC had re-billed me for it and again applied a credit.

I have to admit I have never actually had a package get lost, but many are stuck there for days before they move on.

That's disappointing - hope you end up receiving it. Keep checking - the ivory might become available again with people returning threm.

This is why…

Last Year when I ordered Valerie Parr Hills set of 2 pumpkins and gourd. My Order Status for the matching gourd showed - UPS notified seller package was damaged in shipping. 🥴

Called CS and they reimbursed my account. A week later I got a large box from UPS and it was the gourd !
The box was in perfect condition and so was my gourd inside. 🧡

Called CS and told them to bill me again.

I was a Happy Camper !! 😂

Fingers crossed YOU have the same Luck !! 🎃

@justK - customer Service did not have any additional information on tracking. Mine were last reported in CO. They have no more in sage to send a replacement and I bought three colors because I wanted a stack of three different colors. All that is available is bronze. While pretty, that isn't the look I was wanting for my stack. Now I must decide if I should return the two sets I have.

I don't want a returned as-is and if they become available again later, they will be more than the price I ordered them originally. Plus I had free shipping.

@Sakuya That's pretty disappointing because you wanted 3 different color stack. I can see why you might return the other 2 sets. Surely something to consider.
