Patricia Nash Bags - Anyone else have zipper issues?

I bought 2 Patricia Nash Bags at Macy's in the "KIrby" style that was exclusive to Macy's. The first one I bought was blue and white and immediately I had issues with the zipper. I'd zip it and it would split open. Back it went for credit. The second Kirby was the Marigold print and about 3 months later the same thing. All I have in the bag is a wallet and my iPhone 7 so it's not overloaded. If I zip it too fast or don't start off slowly the zipper splits. I emailed Patricia Nash Customer Service the other day and am waiting to hear back but was I wondering - anyone have issues with their bags ?

If I may ask, do U buy yours from Marshall's, TJ Maxx, etc. ?

Her post says Macys. I wonder if you can apply something to the zipper? Sounds like a defective zipper though.

Oh, I see you said Macy's. Maybe people handling them in the store did some damage to them ?

I did not have that problem with mine. I have 2. I bought them on HSN. I've been satisfied with both of them.

They are not the Kirby though.

I hope they fix or exchange your bag.

I did rub graphite over them thinking it would stop but it didn't. I just heard back from Nash CS and sent them photos so we'll see. I bought them at 2 different Macy's so I think it's the zipper.

Yes, I have! I bought 3 Patricia Nash bags through HSN and all 3 had faulty zippers after 3 months owning! I will not purchase again! Ripoff! What a waste to create an all leather bag with a crappy zipper! I've had cheap bags with great zippers! Spent more than I usually do to be so disappointed, frustrated. The bags are Patricia Nash Versi leather tote twice and Argenta leather tote once.

I purchased one at TJ Maxx and had this same Zipper issue (within a year). I'm guessing the ones at TJ Maxx are not of the same quality as those purchased in department stores but I did pay quite a bit for it and was extremely disappointed. I'm staying away from PN from now on.
